  • Orders placed after 3:00 pm on Fridays or during weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to meet our shipping timeframes, please note that delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or carrier delays) are outside our control. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Mi Lola is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is the customer's responsibility to secure the package. For any concerns, please contact the carrier directly or email us at shop@themilola.com , and we will assist where possible.

Address Changes:
