Mi Lola Return Policy
At Mi Lola, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, I'm here to help!
Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Process:
- To initiate a return, please email us at shop@themilola.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

- Orders placed after 3:00 pm on Fridays or during weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet our shipping timeframes, please note that delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or carrier delays) are outside our control. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Mi Lola is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is the customer's responsibility to secure the package. For any concerns, please contact the carrier directly or email us at shop@themilola.com, and we will assist where possible.
Address Changes:
