Mi Lola Return Policy

At Mi Lola, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please email us at shop@themilola.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
